Correctional healthcare demands more than clinical expertise. It requires operational awareness, systems thinking, and disciplined medical judgment within secure custodial environments.
David Medical Services is led by physicians with direct experience in jail and prison healthcare delivery, statewide oversight, and correctional medical leadership. Our physician-led model ensures that both litigation review and systems evaluation are grounded in real-world correctional practice.
We serve in two distinct but complementary capacities:
Each area is led by a physician whose background aligns directly with the work performed.
